Welcome to The Pineapple Plug™. By using www.pineappleplug.com or ordering from The Pineapple Plug LLC, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order.
1. Who We Are
"The Pineapple Plug", "we", "us", and "our" refers to The Pineapple Plug LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Pineapple Plug™ is our trademark.
2. Products
We sell jars of pineapple in flavored coconut water. Ingredients include real pineapple, coconut water, cane sugar, natural and artificial flavor, and FDA-approved food coloring. Colors and appearance may vary slightly between batches. Every jar is best enjoyed within 3 days of purchase and must be kept refrigerated.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed by text, phone call, or email. We confirm every order back to you before preparing it. Prices are $20 per jar. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.
4. Payment
We accept Cash App ($Bbspeed), Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at or before delivery/pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because every jar is made fresh and to order, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup for regular orders and 3 days before pickup for catering/bulk orders. Refunds for defective or damaged product will be issued as replacement jars or store credit; refunds for other cases are at our discretion.
6. Allergens & Health
Our products contain pineapple and cane sugar and are prepared in a kitchen that may handle other foods. If you have allergies or health concerns, please ask before ordering. Consuming raw fruit and sugar carries ordinary food-safety considerations — you assume responsibility for storing and eating our product as directed.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, text, logos, and images on the site are the property of The Pineapple Plug LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Pineapple Plug LLC and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Total liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wakulla or Leon County, Florida.
